Returns And Exchanges
We will replace any item that is damaged as a result of manufacturers defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. (Some conditions may apply*) Remember any items that are decorated will not be accepted as part of the return. *All returned items must be in excellent resale condition including original packaging.
We do not accept returns after 30 days of invoice.
If you wish to cancel or change a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request. However, once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment facility and is being processed, it cannot be cancelled or revised.
Like most websites, our system automatically begins processing orders once you send us your order. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) us if you have any further questions regarding this process.
Out of Stock Orders
We make every effort to complete orders the way they are received. However all orders are subject to product availability. In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a replacement. If the replacement options or the new delivery schedule is not acceptable, you may cancel the order.
